Bean Sprout Chaat PCOStopper

Protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants....these are just some of the nutrients available in Bean sprouts!

So here's a simple way to eat them...

Bean Sprout Chaat

Cooking time: 20 minutes

2 cups bean sprouts

1 tomato finely chopped

1 cucumber finally chopped

1 onion finally chopped (optional)

1 green chilli finely chopped (optional)

1-2 cups of chopped green leaves. In the above photo we have Romaine lettuce and Kale, but you can mix whatever you have at home. Coriander especially, gives a lovely flavour to the chaat.

1tsp Chaat masala

1/2 bowl roasted peanuts

Salt and lemon to taste

-Steam the bean sprouts lightly if you don't enjoy them raw, but make sure you don't overcook them. Cool the sprouts if cooked, before mixing them with the other ingredients.

- Add all the ingredients to the sprouts and mix well.

- And that's it....get ready to munch away on your super healthy PCOSTOPPER!
